Jose Parla

Jose Parla: The Concord Project from inkblot media on Vimeo.

Jose Parla is an artist that I have been following for a while. I like the world he has made for himself through art- a street artist and now doing art in a studio and big commission work. This is a nice video and the art is very cool. (I had nothing to do with this video, I am just inspired by it) ***got the link from the brilliant Andy Jenkins. top photo by allen aka.

I am going to the Circus!

I am very happy to be going back to Portland, Oregon this weekend to film the Circus Project. Working with Jenn Cohen and the performers of the Circus Project is amazing. This will be some powerful TV. I like the places that my documentary career is taking these days. I am director/director of photography on this segment of the series "Turning Point." Thanks Cosmic and all.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING (from *** Casey Neistat and me)

About to get this Thanksgiving party started.
OK check this out Casey Neistat, he is one my favorite filmmakers right now, I can't get enough of this guy and his goof-ball style.
***(I had nothing to do with this video, I just love it)
Happy Thanksgiving!
I have much to be thankful for:
A brilliant family---wow these kids are cool.
And a very tough and intelligent wife that is sporty and fun too.
And I am very thankful that I get be a full-time nonfiction filmmaker and that means I get to know and film cool passionate people everyday.
God Bless!
